In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Daniel witnessed the heartbreaking closure of many beloved neighborhood eateries. This crisis prompted him to reconnect with his long-time friend Matthieu Wallace, who shared his passion for the restaurant industry. Together, they developed a business plan focused on supporting chefs and restaurateurs through a ghost kitchen model designed to reduce overhead costs and maximize operational efficiency.
